The Gender Congress at CTI will bring together academics, politicians and industry and NGOs professionals to share relevant information and advanced ideas and strengthen links and collaborative opportunities to improve the science and innovation system through the gender approach, inclusion and diversity.

Abstracts for posters are invited in the following categories:

1. Research projects with a gender approach

The presentation of bibliographic reviews, development of methodologies and research results that contain hypotheses related to sex and gender are encouraged.

2. Policy and teaching cases / policy making and teaching with a gender approach

It encourages the presentation of cases of policies and practices to develop inclusive work environments in research, technology and innovation organizations of all types: universities, companies, SMEs, start-ups, NGOs and government and multilateral organizations.

Registration for the presentation of posters is open until April  30 . The accepted works will be confirmed on  May 15 .

Presentation of summaries

The presentation of the abstracts should be in a Word document (maximum one letter size sheet, 11 arial, normal margins), without design and with the following contents:

  • Title
  • Category in which it is presented (1 or 2 above)
  • Author / s
  • Institution
  • Introduction / problem
  • Methods / procedure
  • Results
  • Conclusion

The papers may be presented in Spanish or English.

The proposals received will be subject to a review and selection process by the organizers.

Final poster

The final poster must be sent by e-mail until May  27th  at .

The posters presented may be sent for the publication of an article in magazines invited to this event. All accepted papers will be available online on the congress website.


March 1: Opening for registration and to send poster proposals for the congress. Submission of abstracts here

April 30 : Last day to send poster proposals. The acceptance is based on an independent review process that certifies the academic quality.

May 5 : Notification of acceptance of posters to the authors. To present the poster the authors must be registered in the congress. Register here
Opening for the mobility scholarship application. The proposals will be evaluated according to the order of arrival. The final versions of the selected posters should be sent to the organizers at

The Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of the Province of Santa Fe will grant 10 travel grants to cover travel expenses to authors of posters that have been accepted for presentation at the congress. The selection works in order of arrival. To apply for a travel grant, send a CV and letter of intent to .


Certificates of attendance and authorship of posters will be granted in digital format and can be downloaded from this website from June 12.
